3 Pedestrians Were Struck In A Motor Vehicle Accident In Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV)

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed that three people were injured in a pedestrian crash. These three were struck by cars on Washington Avenue Tuesday morning. 

The officials are suspecting that one driver is the reason behind the crash. 

The police reported that the driver hit and critically injured two people within a mile of each other. 

Investigators were near the intersection of Washington Avenue and J Street at 8:19 a.m. 

The suspect fled the scene after injuring the pedestrians. 

The pedestrians were taken to local hospitals with critical injuries.

The driver was found by the police shortly after in the 300 block of Stanford Street. 

The suspect remains in custody. 

Identities of the victims are awaited by the Police.
