The Westminster Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Saturday afternoon. The accident happened in the 15100 block of Brookhurst Street at around 3:55 p.m.
An Anaheim man, 29 was riding a motorcycle and collided with a passenger vehicle. The Orange County Fire Authority declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene, according to MacCormick.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The name of the victims has not been disclosed yet.
According to police, neither alcohol nor drugs were a factor involved in the collision. The fatal crash is being investigated by the officials. There was no additional information at this time.
