According to the Abilene Police Department, a pedestrian accident occurred in Abilene on Sunday.
The officials stated that a pedestrian was found lying on the 3400 block of S 14th Street at around 3 a.m.
According to the reports, an SUV was involved in the collision which struck the pedestrian.
The pedestrian was identified as 28-year-old Amber Sue Hall who suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the Abilene Police Department, one of the drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
Additional details regarding the fatal crash are currently not available.
