On Thursday afternoon, a 27-year-old man lost his life following a rollover crash in Carmel Valley.
As per the initial information, the fatal single-vehicle accident took place at around 4 PM. in the 12200 block On Carmel Country Road. The preliminary reports showed that the man was driving his Ford 150 truck north when he failed to negotiate a right bend in the road. The truck crashed into the center median curb, then hit the tree and rolled over.
Due to the impact, the driver was ejected from the vehicle. The man suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials. Authorities have not provided any other details pertaining to the collision.
