26-Year-Old Killed In A Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash In Imperial County (Imperial County, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a fatal crash was reported on Sunday in Imperial County.

Authorities confirmed that a 26-year-old man died due to the multi-vehicle accident.

Officials reported that the collision occurred in the area of Dogwood Road and Ralph Road.

The deceased man was driving a Kia southbound.

Two Chevrolet Silverados were traveling northbound on the same roadway.

The driver of the Kia was unable to maintain his vehicle within the lane of travel and veered towards the northbound lane.

It then crashed into one of the Chevrolets.

The driver of the Kia was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The identity of the deceased has not been disclosed. 

The crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
