On Monday morning, the Sacramento Fire department responded to a single-vehicle crash that claimed a life and left two others injured. The collision occurred in the area of Marconi Avenue and Connie Drive, east of the Capital City Freeway in Sacramento’s Ben Ali neighbourhood.
The Fire department arrived at the scene at just around 1:30 a.m.
The victim was identified as 25-year-old Antonio Makalio Taliauli of Sacramento. Taliauli was pronounced dead by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office. The other two were transferred to a hospital with severe injuries.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. No additional information regarding the accident.
