An investigation is underway by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office into a dirt bike crash that left one person dead.
The crash happened on the 3000 block of Peach Orchard Road just before 8:00 p.m.
The victim was identified as 23-year-old Justin Key, of Augusta, by Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen.
After being transported to Augusta University Medical Center, Justin died from his injuries.
No additional information regarding the crash is currently available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
