22-year-old Victoria Bianca Garcia died and Noah Emmanuel Terrell injured in a rollover crash (Crockett County, TX)

Authorities identified 22-year-old Victoria Bianca Garcia, of San Antonio, as the woman who lost her life after a rollover accident Saturday morning in Crockett County.

As per the initial information, the fatal car crash took place on Interstate 10. The investigation reports showed that the woman who died was a passenger in a sedan being driven by Noah Emmanuel Terrell of San Antonio.

The reports further revealed that the car was heading westbound on Interstate 10 and Terrell failed to drive in a single lane, swerving left towards the center median. He then overcorrected the wheel to the right, driving through both lanes towards the northside barrow ditch.

Once inside the barrow ditch, the car entered a side-skid before it flipped over multiple times. Victoria Bianca Garcia, 22, was not buckled up and died in the accident. Terrell was transported to Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo for treatment of non-critical injuries. No other details are available.

An investigation is ongoing.
