20-year-old man dead after a single-car crash in Nashville (Nashville, TN)

On early Friday morning, a 20-year-old Nashville man lost his life following a single-vehicle accident in Nashville.

As per the initial information, the fatal car crash took place on Mt. View Road near Baby Ruth Lane. The early reports indicated that the driver of a Nissan Altima was traveling eastbound when the car left a curve and struck a tree.

A female passenger in the Altima made it out safely and knocked on the doors of a nearby apartment complex for help. The man suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials. The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. No other details were provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
