Michigan State Police Troopers are investigating a two-car crash in Sands Township on Wednesday morning. The crash happened on M553 and Olsen Road around 2:20 a.m.
Both lanes of M553 were blocked following the crash.
Officials arrested a Marquette man after the crash and were charged with OWI causing severe injury.
MSP said a 20-year-old man was drunk driving. He sustained injuries that were reported non-life-threatening injuries. His passenger, and the other vehicle driver, 32-year-old were injured in the crash. She was taken to UPHS.
The crash is under investigation.
