According to the Harris County Constable’s Office, a motor vehicle crash was reported on Monday in Harris County.
Officials confirmed that two people were injured due to the accident. Authorities stated that the collision occurred near Kuykendahl and Caldwell.
A Harris County Precinct 4 officer was working in the area when his vehicle was struck by another motorist. Both the officer and the motorist were rushed to the hospital sustaining injuries. The extent of their injuries remains unknown. Their identities have not been disclosed by the authorities.
The cause of the accident has not been determined yet. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. The crash continues to be investigated by the HCCO.
