2 People Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Crash In Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA)

The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified Ray Segura, 33, and Fancy Renee Castro, 30 who died in a two-vehicle crash.

The California Highway Patrol stated that the incident happened on Highway 155 and Melcher Road on Monday before 2 a.m. 

According to the officials, Segura was the driver and Castro was the passenger of the Kia. The incident occurred when the driver of the Dodge ran a stop sign on Melcher Road and T-boned the Kia. 

3 victims from the Dodge were transported to Kern Medical with moderate to major injuries, stated the officials. 

The coroner’s office reported that a post-death examination will be done on Segura and Castro. 

The identities of the victims are awaited from the officials.
