According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident was reported in eastern Travis County.
The officials reported that two vehicles collided just before midnight in the 3000 block of North FM 973 between Platt Lane and FM 969.
The officials stated that two victims were pinned in their vehicle and were extricated by the Austin Fire Department.
Officials reported that the paramedics rushed the teenager to the hospital with critical injuries.
Another victim was airlifted by the Star Flight crews in critical condition.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided.

The TDPS is yet to confirm whether drugs, alcohol, or reckless driving was the factor involved in the crash.
