According to the Lubbock Police Department, a motor vehicle crash was reported in Lubbock.

Officials confirmed that two people were injured due to the accident. Authorities stated that the collision occurred at 98th Street and Wayne Avenue.

A white truck and a semi struck one another. As a result of the wreck, two people sustained moderate injuries. Other details including the identity of the victims remain unknown.

The cause of the accident is yet to be determined. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. The crash continues to be investigated by the LPD. There are no other details available at this time.
