Sumter Counter Fire Rescue reported a car crash in Sumter County that injured two people. The crash happened on Highway 280 West and Wise Road at 9:40 p.m.
According to the police, a crew-cab pickup truck collided with an electrical utility company bucket truck.
Three people occupied the pickup truck. The drivers were removed from the truck and treated for injuries.
One person was transported via Air Evac, and two others were taken by ambulance for medical treatment.
Traffic was also diverted in the area.
The crash remains under investigation.
