2 people injured after a traffic collision in Oakland (Oakland, CA)

Two people received injuries after a traffic collision Saturday afternoon in Oakland.

As per the initial information, the two-vehicle crash took place at about 1 p.m. at the intersection of 14th and Kirkham Street. The early reports showed that both the drivers had complaints of pain and suffered injuries. Both the victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.

It is unknown if alcohol and drugs were involved in the collision. Falck Ambulance and Oakland Fire Department crews helped OPD with providing medical treatment to the patients. The condition of the two drivers involved in the accident is not known as of now. No further information is available.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
