On early Thursday morning, two people suffered injuries following a rear-end crash in Victorville.
As per the initial information, the two-vehicle collision took place at around 4:10 am on the intersection of Hook Blvd and Amargosa Road. The early reports showed that a white 2017 GMC Arcadia SUV and a silver Kia Forte were involved in the accident. One vehicle reportedly crashed into the other vehicle from behind.
On arrival, emergency responders started chest compressions on one of the drivers and the other had cuts to the head. The man suffered life-threatening injuries and the hospital was getting him transported to a trauma center. The intersection was closed and traffic was rerouted for a couple of hours as crews worked at the scene. No other details are made available.
The crash remains under investigation.
