2 people, including a pedestrian injured after a crash in Tarzana (Los Angeles, CA)

On Monday, two people suffered injuries following a traffic accident in Tarzana.

As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian crash was reported at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the area of 19500 W. Ventura Blvd., near Shirley Avenue. On arrival, emergency responders pulled the pedestrian from underneath one of the vehicles and rushed them to a hospital with serious injuries.

One of the drivers incurred only minimal injuries, but it is unknown if that driver was also transported to a hospital. The events that have led up to the accident remain unclear at this time. No additional information has been provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
