2 people hurt after a traffic collision in Lansing (Lansing, MI)

On Sunday morning, two people were hospitalized following a traffic collision in Lansing.

As per the initial information, the two-vehicle crash took place at the intersection of Miller Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at about 1 a.m. The early reports showed that a driver failed to stop at a red light on Miller Road and slammed into a vehicle on MLK.

Both women were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of their injuries. Despite the severity of damage to the vehicles involved in the accident, both drivers received only minimal injuries. Alcohol is not believed to be involved in the crash. No other details are available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
