On Saturday morning, two people were hospitalized after a car crashed into a library in Kent.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident took place at the Kent Panther Lake Library. The preliminary investigation revealed that a vehicle slammed into the building, causing structural damage. On arrival, paramedics transported two people to the hospital with minimal injuries.
The identities of the injured victims have not been disclosed. According to the officials, the library is expected to stay closed at least through June 25 because of the damage, but it might be longer. No other details are immediately available.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
