Two people were hospitalized following a crash Thursday in Fallbrook.
As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place just before 7:22 a.m. on Brooke Road and Winter Haven Road. Authorities actively responded to the scene and, on arrival, transported two people to Palomar Hospital with minor injuries.
The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown. Both lanes of Brooke Road and Winter Haven Road were closed briefly while crews worked at the scene. The identities of the injured victims have not been released at this time. No further details are available.
