The El Paso Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Thursday night. The accident happened close to Campbell off the Border Highway at around 8:46 p.m.
The collision involved multiple motorcycles. The events leading up to the crash have not been disclosed at this time.
Two people were pronounced dead at the scene. One person was taken to a nearby hospital with critical injuries. The name and identity of the victims have not been made public yet.
It is unsure what caused the fatal crash and how it happened; whether drugs or alcohol were involved is yet to be found.
According to police, Mile Marker 60 on the Loop 375 East and Westbound is closed.
