The officials stated that the vehicle flipped and landed on its roof.
The police declared the driver and the passenger dead at the scene.
The officials identified the victim as 22-year-old Hardeep Chhokar, who was the driver.
The passenger was 25-year-old Isaiah Harris.
The officials revealed that both the victims were wearing their seatbelts but did not put on their helmets.
The police reported that high speed and reckless driving were the contributing factors in the fatal crash.
No signs of intoxication were suspected at the time of the investigation.
