Officials reported a car crash on Fall Line Freeway near the Jefferson County line at 9 p.m. on Saturday.
The victims who died in the crash were identified as Braint Ware of Statham, and Hassan Glasgow of Sandersville.
According to the authorities, the driver traveled in the wrong lane and hit the other driver.
Multiple deputies and emergency departments assisted the crash scene.
