2 people dead after a solo-vehicle crash in Atlanta (Atlanta, GA)

On early Saturday morning, two people lost their lives following a single-vehicle crash in Atlanta.

As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of James P. Brawley Drive in northwest Atlanta near the intersection with Orr Street at 1:45 a.m. after getting reports of a car accident. The early reports showed that a red car seemed to have smashed through a chain link fence.

According to the officials, one person succumbed to their injuries at the scene and another person was transported to the hospital, where they later died of their injuries. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No further details were provided.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
