2 pedestrians seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in Tucson (Tucson, AZ)

On Thursday, two pedestrians suffered serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Tucson.

As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian crash took place near Grant and Oracle roads. The early reports showed that a Sun Van vehicle crashed into a bus stop, which was destroyed in the collision. Two people suffered injuries as a result of the accident.

According to the officials, the bus stop was shut down temporarily and riders could board at the Oracle-Sahuaro stop, which is east of the Grant and Oracle intersection. No other information has been provided by the authorities.

The incident remains under review.
