According to the Nevada State Police, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Las Vegas on Monday.
The crash happened on U.S. 95 at around 12:30 a.m.
The officials stated that a black Hyundai Genesis and a red Nissan Versa were involved in the head-on collision.
According to state police, the driver of the Hyundai was traveling southbound. He failed to drive within the travel line and crashed in front of Nissan.
The driver of the Hyundai was identified as 18-year-old Kasi Johnson suffering major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Taylor Madison was identified as the driver of the Nissan. She suffered major injuries and was charged under the influence resulting in death.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
