17-year-old teenage boy killed, a teenage girl injured after a motorcycle crash in Brentwood (Brentwood, TN)

On Saturday, a 17-year-old teenage boy lost his life following a two-vehicle collision in Brentwood.

As per the initial information, the fatal motorcycle crash took place on Franklin Road at Murray Lane at around 8 p.m. The preliminary investigation indicated that a motorcycle was going through the intersection when it slammed into the Jeep that was turning onto Franklin Road. The 17-year-old male driving the motorcycle was killed as a result of the wreck.

A 17-year-old female passenger on the motorbike was taken to the hospital in stable condition. The 16-year-old occupants of the Jeep remained unharmed in the accident. All four juveniles involved in the crash, two in a Jeep and two on a motorcycle, are Brentwood residents. No other details are available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
