According to the Surprise Fire and Medical, a motor vehicle accident was reported on Monday afternoon.
The officials reported that a 16-year-old boy was involved in a rollover crash near Citrus and Deer Valley roads.
The boy was on a UTV motor vehicle at the time of the accident.
Officials reported that a 16-year-old girl was also in the car.
She was taken to the hospital. Officials revealed that she is in stable condition.
The officials are yet to determine the identity of the victims involved in the crash.
Officials are investigating to confirm whether drugs, alcohol or reckless driving was the factor involved in the fatal crash.
