On Saturday, a 14-year-old boy sustained injuries after getting struck by a vehicle in Rocklin.
As per the initial information, the hit-and-run crash took place on Pacific Street and Rocklin Road. The early reports showed that a vehicle hit the boy for reasons that are yet to be known. The driver of the involved vehicle fled the scene after the collision.
The boys suffered unknown injuries but was listed in stable condition. The identity of the injured victim has not been revealed. Officers are searching for the driver of a dark, mid-sized SUV who struck the boy. No other details are immediately available.
