13-year-old boy died after a bicycle crash in Corona (Corona, CA)

A 13-year-old boy lost his life after a two-vehicle accident Thursday in Southern California.

As per the initial information, the authorities actively responded to the scene after getting reports of a bicycle crash at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday. On arrival, responders rushed the teen to the hospital where he was declared dead.

On the other hand, the vehicle’s driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. Drugs and alcohol were not believed to be involved in the collision. The identity of deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. No other details are available.

An investigation is ongoing.
