10-Year-Old Critically Injured In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Ottawa County (Ottawa County, MI)

According to the Ottawa County Sheriff Deputies, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Ottawa County on Wednesday. 

The crash happened at 20th Avenue at Caroline street at around 5:40 p.m. 

The officials stated that a motorcycle and an unknown vehicle were involved in the collision. 

According to the Police, the girl was attempting to cross the road when she was struck by a vehicle traveling northbound. 

The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet, suffered major injuries, and was rushed to the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. 

The officials are investigating whether drugs, alcohol, distracted driving, or speed played a

factor in the crash.

No additional information regarding the crash was provided by the Deputies.
