According to the California Highway Patrol, a pedestrian crash was reported on Highway 113 Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred on State Route 113 just north of West Covell Boulevard when a woman was struck by a small sedan.
The California Highway Patrol stated that the driver and passenger of the sedan were not injured. They stayed at the scene and cooperated with the Police.
The identity of the woman is awaited from the officials at the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP officials are yet to disclose the reason for the crash.
No additional information is available regarding the crash.
