The Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle crash that injured a female driver. The crash happened on I-75 in Chattanooga just after 2 p.m.
A pickup truck reportedly traveled off the road, crashed, and burst into flames just off the interstate.
Dannetta Fennell, Amy Davis, and Juan Carlos Sanchez were those three good Samaritans who dialed 911.
They also pulled the woman who was trapped inside the vehicle.
The pickup truck burst into flames later, said CFD.
The crash is still under investigation.
