Michigan State Police responded to a motorcycle crash on Wednesday on I-94 In Detroit.
According to the police, the woman was traveling east on the freeway near Woodward Avenue. Her motorcycle crashed into the concrete median as she lost control.
She was ejected from her motorcycle and crushed between the motorcycle and the median because of the collision.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. Other details, including her name and age, were not released by the police.
The I-94 lanes were shut down following the crash.
