1 person seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle in Turlock (Turlock, CA)

One person was injured after being struck by a vehicle Monday in Turlock.

As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian collision took place at 8:50 p.m. on N Tully Road and Homer Way. Multiple agencies responded to the scene. The early reports showed that a navy Chevrolet sedan hit a pedestrian. The pedestrian was rushed to a local hospital with major injuries.

The vehicle had at least three to four occupants, two of whom were children. No one was harmed in the accident. The vehicle had damages on the front passenger side. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. The pedestrian was found in an area that did not have a sidewalk. No other details are available.

The incident remains under review.
