1 person seriously injured after a two-vehicle collision in Manor (Manor, TX)

One person suffered serious injuries following a traffic collision in Manor.

As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of Lexington Street with East U.S. 290 Hwy and Lexington Street with Christina Garza Drive at approximately 2:39 a.m. after getting reports of a two-vehicle crash. On arrival, responders found one driver trapped in their vehicle and needed to be rescued.

Emergency crews freed the person from their vehicle and declared them a trauma alert. The victim was flown through Travis County’s STAR Flight to Dell Seton with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. The second driver involved was assessed at the scene for minor injuries and they refused to be taken to the hospital. No other details are available.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
