One person received serious injuries after a two-vehicle accident Thursday night in Farmington Hills.
As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash took place on I-275. The early reports showed that a motorcyclist was driving recklessly when they hit the back of an SUV on northbound I-275. According to the authorities, the motorcyclist was driving around other cars close to I-96 in Farmington Hills at about 10 p.m. when the incident happened.
As per the reports, the area has lanes shut down for construction, and there was heavy traffic. It was also reported that the motorcyclist did not apply the brakes before colliding with the SUV. The motorcyclist was rushed to Providence Novi Hospital with serious injuries. No other details are available.
The crash remains under investigation.
