On early Saturday, one person suffered serious injuries following a traffic collision in Oro Valley.
As per the initial information, the bicycle accident occurred at the intersection of North La Canada Drive and West Tangerine Road. According to the officials, the bicycle rider suffered serious injuries as a result of the accident. At this time, it is unknown if any other vehicles were involved in the crash.
As of 11 a.m., multiple lanes were shut down at the intersection to give way to the investigation. Authorities urged motorists to avoid the area. The identity of the injured victim has not been revealed. No other information has been provided.
