According to the California Highway Patrol, a motor vehicle accident occurred in Corona on Tuesday. The crash happened at the intersection of El Sobrante Road and Circle City Drive around 8:35 a.m.
According to the investigators, two unknown people and an unknown vehicle were involved in the collision. According to the Corona Police Department officers, the unknown driver of the unknown vehicle had overturned.
Both of them suffered significant injuries but one of them was pronounced dead at the scene. The Corona Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
The cause of the accident is still being investigated. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
