The Los Angeles Police Department reported a hit-and-run accident on Sunday morning. The accident occurred at the intersection of West Adams Boulevard and Arlington Avenue at around 1 a.m.
According to the officials, two vehicles were involved in the collision. A car was headed east on Adams when they crashed into a car that was headed west on Arlington.
The driver of the southbound vehicle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased victim is not yet known at this time.
Both occupants of the eastbound vehicle fled the scene before the cops could arrive. The fatal crash is still being investigated at this time.
