1 Person Killed In A Hit-And-Run Accident In Fresno (Fresno, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a hit-and-run accident occurred in Fresno on Wednesday. 

The crash happened at the intersection of First and McKinley at around 3 a.m. According to the investigators, an unknown vehicle and an unknown person were involved in the collision. 

The officials stated that the unknown pedestrian suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Fresno Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person. 

The driver of the unknown vehicle who struck an unknown pedestrian was identified as Shane Lee Shahan. According to the police, Shahan was found and arrested for felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter charges.
