According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a hit-and-run accident occurred in Fort Worth on Wednesday. The crash happened at the intersection of Wichita and Martin Street at around 7 p.m.
According to the investigators, an unknown person and several vehicles were involved in the collision. The officials stated that the unknown pedestrian had been walking in the northbound lanes and was struck by several vehicles.
The victim suffered significant injuries and was rushed to John Peter Smith Hospital in critical condition and was pronounced dead. The Fort Worth Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased pedestrian.
