1 Person Killed In A Fatal Motorcycle Crash In Austin (Austin, TX)

According to the Austin Police Department, a fatal crash was reported on Monday evening in Austin. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motorcycle accident. Authorities stated that the collision occurred at 4300 Ganymede Drive.

A vehicle and a motorcycle struck one another. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. The other driver involved did not sustain any injuries.

Further insights into the wreck including the identity of the victim remain unknown. 

The cause of the accident is yet to be determined. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. The crash continues to be investigated by the APD.
