According to the Austin Police Department, a fatal crash was reported on Tuesday in Austin.
Officials confirmed that one man died due to the accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred in the 1800 block of Mearns Meadow.
An SUV crashed into an unoccupied vehicle.
The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital sustaining serious injuries.
He later died in the hospital.
No other details pertaining to the wreck have been revealed yet.
The crash remains under investigation by the Austin Police Department.
