On Monday, a motorcyclist died following a two-vehicle collision on Blanco Road.
The fatal hit-and-run crash took place at about 3:30 p.m. near West Alisal Street and South Davis Street. According to the investigation reports, a westbound car made a U-turn and hit the motorcycle. The car fled the scene after the collision. The motorcycle rider died of their injuries after the crash.
The eyewitnesses informed the responders that the car driver was maneuvering recklessly when the accident occurred. Officers found the hit-and-run driver and arrested them at a separate location. No other details are immediately available.
