1 Person Injured In A Pedestrian Accident In Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a pedestrian accident was reported on Saturday afternoon. 

The officials reported that the collision occurred at South Union Avenue and Adams Street at around 2:45 p.m. 

The CHP reported that the driver of a sedan struck a woman and fled the scene.

The victim was injured in the crash. No information was provided regarding the condition of the woman. 

The CHP did not release the identity of the victim.

The suspect is still on the run as per the reports. 

No additional information regarding the crash is available at the moment.
