According to the Lubbock Police Department, a multi-vehicle accident was reported.
The officials stated that at around 6 p.m. one person was injured in a crash on the westbound access road on Marsha Sharp and Interstate 27.
The officials reported that two vehicles were involved in the crash.
The police await the identity of the injured victim.
Officials stated that the victim suffered minor injuries from the crash.
