According to the Arizona Department of Transportation’s social media handle, a motor vehicle accident was reported in Buckeye.
The officials reported that the crash happened on the westbound Interstate 10 lane.
The officials stated that a semi-truck carrying a flatbed trailer with a steamroller flipped over and caused the traffic on all I-10 westbound lanes.
The officials stated that the driver of the semi-truck suffered minor injuries and was being treated at the hospital.
Bart Graves, a spokesman for the Department of Public Safety stated that the crash is being investigated at the moment.
The identity of the victim is yet to be determined by the officials.
