The Phoenix Police department reported a hit-and-run crash in Phoenix on Tuesday night.
The accident happened near Baseline Rd and 51st Avenue at around 7:30 p.m.
When police arrived, they found a man lying in the road.
He was taken to the hospital right away in critical condition.
The identity of the victim has not been released by the police.
It is unclear how the crash happened and what caused the crash.
The driver is still on the run.
The crash is being investigated by the officials. Whether drugs or alcohol were a factor involved is yet to be found.
